Hello @PaoloJr. Thanks for your interest in contributing to the Arduino Library Manager.

As the bot explained, the maintainers of the library never made a Git tag in the library's repository. Tags are the unit of release for Arduino Library Manager, so the existence of at least one valid tagged release of a library is a requirement for inclusion in the Arduino Library Registry.

I see this was reported to SparkFun over five years ago:

sparkfun/SparkFun_TB6612FNG_Arduino_Library#6

Since this is blocked by the lack of a tag, and since it doesn't seem likely that the problem will be resolved in a timely manner, I'm going to close the pull request for the sake of keeping the repository tidy.

We would love to include the library in Arduino Library Manager, so if you are able to work with the maintainers of the library to bring it into a state that meets all the requirements for registration (which are documented here), please do submit another pull request.

If you are able to work with the library maintainers (or if you are one) and there are any questions or problems, just let me know and I'll provide assistance. The thread at sparkfun/SparkFun_TB6612FNG_Arduino_Library#6 will be a suitable place for such discusion.
